An authentic Italian café serving warming espresso and a really great lunch. I had the lentil soup with French toast and the asparagus risotto as a main. I'll post the pictures so you can decide for yourselves.

We have often visited this little restaurant called Lil Italy. It is located on Ringvägen in Södermalm, Stockholm. We usually order the asparagus risotto, and it is fantastic. It is creamy but not overcooked. This time we also had a glass of Sauvignon blanc, which pairs beautifully with the dish. The value for money is excellent. It is lovely to sit outside, and the street is not particularly noisy. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly — a true hidden gem.
